A Wee Ogle Sea Shanty
![]() John Kelly sent me this, composed by Tom Demarest, Oregon US of A. As Tom says on his web page, "It's not a wee house the Ogles shared with us one fine weekend and alas it is no shanty, but a bonnie place to be by the sea to be sure! Freed from its case, me mandolin nearly burst out with this sea chantey of its own accord." Mmm. Nigel Gatherer Crieff, Perthshire |

RE: A Wee Ogle Sea Shanty
A good wee tune, but I can't claim the credit for introducing you to it, Nigel - although there may be, and probably is, another John Kelly!
