Moray Mandolins?

Is there anyone living in the Moray area who would be interesting in a mandolin self-help group? I am particularly interested in traditional music but will try to play anything! I am pretty much a beginner but would be happy to take on the organisation of such a group. However, we would need someone more proficient to organise the musical side of things. Any interest?
