Transatlantic Sessions
apparently there's a new series in the making ...
Any news on that ?
Like, who's in it ?
What tunes are played ?

I ask here because when I ask anyone in Belgium about it they look at me as if I'm your next extraterrestrial (I do admit, there's still some room left for improvement there, even in my old age...) or nobody's ever heard of it ...

grtz
Patrick

RE: Transatlantic Sessions
Transatlantic Sessions, BBC2 Scotland, 7.30pm (UK time) Friday 30th September. It says "With performances by Alison Krauss, Eric Bibb and Eddie Reader." Dinnae blame me if it's wrong!

RE: Transatlantic Sessions
It appears to be only available in Scotland (us down in England are only interested in soap operas and "celebrity" ballroom dancing competitions!) but if you have access to a satellite system you can watch it wherever.

I was out on Friday but found that it's also available on iplayer and, for those who don't know and have a patchy broadband service, which keeps stopping mid-tune, try using "iplayer desktop" which allows you to download it and watch it ad-infinitum for seven whole days.

(This incidentally, isn't my first post. I've been having problems logging onto the the forum and for a brief period had to be deleted in order to be reinstated - thanks to Nigel for his help.)
