It has come to my notice that some people are having problems with logging in to the forum - mainly because of the "image verification" system (also known as "catchpa"). I have investigated this, and it seems it was a bug in the forum software. I have installed a fix for it and, hopefully, this will make the problems go away.

I have contacted a couple of people individually to inform them of this, and to tell them their new passwords. If you're still having problems with any aspects of the forum, please let me know.

Meant to say for a while, I forgot the first password I had and so did the usual reset thing. Now when I log in using my new password, it tells me it's wrong. However, if I just ignore it and click on a link, I'm logged in. Not a major problem for me but it is pretty confusing the first time you see it!
