I know some folk who where in Rebecca's whistle class with me had mentioned maybe getting a flute. Just noticed that M&E Cronnolly in Ireland have an offer on at the moment.

You can get a keyless polymer/ebonite flute for 250 euro's. These are pretty good flutes (the one I had in class in the autumn term was one of these). See:
