Poem for all you mandolin players
Came across this wee ditty today while idly leafing through an old poetry book for kids. Enjoy!
PANGOLIN This disrespectful pangolin Reclines upon a pillow, And plays upon a mandolin Made from an armadillo. To sing his songs is his intent, At nineteen to the dozen, And so he strums an instrument That used to be his cousin. Colin West |
