Certainly, that's exactly what the Slow Session is for. Nigel issues speeding tickets to anyone who is tempted to play too fast.

Fantastic, thank you. What time do you start? (Also, is there a list anywhere or suggestions of tunes I could practice? I have been looking around the website but the sheer amount of information is a little daunting!)

Yes, just to echo Alistair's statement, you are very welcome at our session. I will work on some lists of tunes that you could work on, and get back to you within the next few days.

Excellent session at Bennets last night. There must have been around 26 musicians playing plus the cast of The Calendar Girls joining in wherever possible. Pity they are off to Liverpool on Saturday as they clearly enjoyed themselves.

Yup, my mate Ruth and I tore it up last night. And did you see the way Jennifer Ellison kept smiling at me and gazing into my eyes (in between feeding her baby and snogging her boyfriend)?

Someone was playing "All Through the Night" as I left, but I didn't figure out why.

What was Welsh about the time and/or place?
