The mandolin playing is fine but the backing is way too heavy.

A tad fast too, IMHO, and a bit "metronomic"! We play it considerably slower (it is a lament after all!), tho' maybe not quite as slow as this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=932Bt3CLQ7w The piano here is a bit "fussy"! (Sez me, a piano player too!)

Nigel introduced this tune to us this week at our mandolin improvers class at GFW. So I posted this version of the  tune to allow those of us who are not familiar with it to get it into our heads rather than critique it.
